We are seeking a reliable, motivated Delivery Driver & Stage Hand.

You’ll be on the front lines of the live production industry, ensuring high-end gear gets delivered and set up safely across the Tri-State area. This is a great opportunity for gig workers, A/V tech enthusiasts, or experienced drivers looking for flexible hours and hands-on production experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport & Delivery: Safely operate cargo vans, 15–17’ box trucks, and 26’ box trucks (lift-gate operation required) to deliver and pick up event gear across NJ and NYC.
• Load & Unload: Efficiently load/unload trucks and manage gear on site.
• On-Site Support: Assist with stage setup, equipment breakdown, and basic hands-on production support when needed.
• Warehouse Ops: Help organize, stage, and prep equipment at our Union, NJ warehouse between runs.

Requirements

• Driving Experience: Proven experience navigating trucks in the NYC/Tri-State area.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history (CDL not required).
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift/carry 50+ lbs and push heavy rolling road cases.
• Schedule Flexibility: Open availability for variable shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Background Check: Willingness to undergo a standard background check.
  Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in live events, production, or the A/V industry.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Audio Rental Account Specialist to manage rental accounts, support clients throughout the booking process and drive revenue growth.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers renting professional audio equipment for live events, corporate productions, touring, broadcast and studio applications.

The ideal candidate has experience in pro audio, rental operations, or live event production and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries and prepare detailed quotes
• Manage client relationships and grow accounts
• Arrange for sourcing of sub-hired equipment
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and technical teams
• Track equipment availability and rental schedules and allocate equipment accordingly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email (Gmail).

Requirements

• 5+ years in pro audio, AV rental, or live event production
• Strong knowledge of professional audio equipment and a firm understanding of signal flow
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Previous rental house / live event equipment rentals and show experience

This is a Full Time Monday-Friday salaried position with paid time off and paid holidays. Health benefits are also available.
